For refund policy
1. Services – as we do charge booking amount for appointments a rupees of Rs 100, if the customer misses the appointment then it is a non-refundable advance amount.
2. Services – Any payment at the site will be collected only after confirmation and satisfaction from the customer
3. Product – When a customer orders any product they have to pay in advance when ordering. In case if the customer is not satisfied with the product or has received an unexpected product or a damaged product then with in 24-48hrs the customer has to capture an image if its damaged or mention the specific reason of return or replacement in the box provided in the website where the product is billed and returned then the designated Ship rocket person will need to pick it up and deliver it back to us. then after the product is received the amount paid minus discounts will be refunded to the original source.
4 Service : if incase the customer purchases a subsription package bases on their vehicle, then the if the customer has used 2/4 services and doesnt wish to continue services then the balance will be refunded after the deduction of the actual service cost per visit, (Eg. If the cost of Splash wash pack subscription is Rs 650 X 4= Rs 2600 after discount Rs 2400.) but when the customer breaches the agreement of the subscription then the two times used services will be charged with full Rs 650 amount i.e. Rs 2400 – Rs 1300=Rs 1100 (Refundable amount).
